These Terms govern your use of Whott P, a platform that connects travelers with local photographers. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms.


Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book a session, whether as a traveler or a photographer.

What Whott P Provides

Whott P lets travelers discover, compare, and book local photographers by style, location, and budget, and lets photographers showcase portfolios and manage bookings. We facilitate the connection, booking, and payment process.

Whott P as a Platform

Whott P does not employ photographers and is not a party to the agreement between a traveler and a photographer. We are not responsible for the outcome or conduct of any session.

Accounts & Bookings

You agree to provide accurate account information. Photographer profiles may be verified, but we do not guarantee any photographer’s skill or conduct — please review portfolios and reviews before booking. Payments are processed securely, and pricing and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm a booking.

Safety Features

Whott P may offer safety tools such as live location sharing and SOS alerts. These aid safety but do not guarantee it — use good judgment when meeting in person.

Photos & Content Ownership

Session photos are delivered via secure private galleries. Ownership and usage rights follow the agreement made between the traveler and photographer.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or portfolio.
  • Do not harass, threaten, or endanger other users.
  • Do not bypass in-app payments or misuse platform content or data.

Intellectual Property

All Whott P branding and platform content, aside from user-submitted portfolios and photos, belongs to Whott P and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & Liability

Whott P is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, disputes, or losses arising from sessions arranged through the platform.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or endanger other users. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms periodically; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by applicable law, with disputes resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
